  • Running Gait Analysis

    Running Gait Analysis

Our Running Gait Analysis is performed by experienced physios in the running field. We have years of experience dealing with running injuries and understand that a big part of rehabilitating these injuries is by understanding your gait and weaknesses during running.

Running analysis is also a great way of preventing injuries and improve performance whether you are an experienced runner or you are starting your running journey.

We do our assessment by observing you walking, running and with the assistance of a video app which will provide more insights on your running technique, cadence, speed.

We will then perform a group of functional exercises to complement the assessment that we believe to be important skills for running performance.

After the assessment we will give you a plan of exercises to work with based on what we observe and test.
