Sajj Rahman

Sajj graduated with First Class Honours from St George’s, University of London. Before specialising in Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy, he developed a diverse clinical foundation in high-pressure hospital settings, including ICU, vestibular rehabilitation, and falls prevention.

With years of experience spanning the NHS and private sectors, Sajj has managed everything from complex chronic pain to acute sporting injuries. He is passionate about helping patients bridge the gap between injury and their full physical potential.

Sajj is incredibly personal and compassionate, he believes that the best outcomes start with a simple conversation. By prioritising listening, he ensures your specific goals and lifestyle are at the heart of your recovery. His treatment focuses on optimising movement and building long-term resilience, providing you with a practical, evidence-based plan to get you back to the activities you love.

A self-confessed student of human performance, Sajj draws on his own enjoyment of combat sports to inform his clinical approach. He has a background in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, Wrestling, and Muay Thai, and is a regular in the gym for strength training. This personal experience gives him a practical understanding of the physical demands athletes face and how to manage the injuries that can come with them. When he isn’t training or in the clinic, he also enjoys swimming and cycling.
